Failing retention: Aging wooden boards had deteriorated, allowing soil to erode onto the cobblestone walkway.
Overgrown landscaping: Mature plantings blocked sightlines and disrupted the natural flow of the space.
Structural decay: The original fencing had become misaligned due to root pressure from the mature cypress tree.
The result was a space that felt unstructured, obstructed, and no longer aligned with the home’s overall quality.
